Appointments:

We serve our customers by previously agreed appointments; however, depending on the availability of the specialist, appointments can be schedule for the same day. We will try to meet your needs in terms of the time provided.
 
We offer home/ hotel/ Airbnb Services for patients who prefer or need to receive services in the comfort of your home or hotel in transit through our town, every visit must be prepaid using any of the payments alternatives that we have available. Session prices are given depending on the distance to travel. Parking or toll payments will be the responsibility of the patient.

SCHEDULE

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY:

Quality Body Care is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
We reserve time exclusively for you. 
 
Cancellations/ Rescheduling of appointments must be requested during hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
 
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge at least 4 hours prior and during regular office hours.
 
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 4 hours notice will result in a charge of half price (50%) of the scheduled service. No exceptions.
 
Appointments that are missed (No call, No show) will result in a charge of full price (100%) of the scheduled service. No exceptions. 
 
In the case you are late for any reason the length of service will be adjusted and will not be extended as other clients will be affected by your delay. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
